We were a little concerned about being almost far away (12.5 hours away) and selling our large 3,316 sq. ft. single floor level home with daylight unfinished basement (wine cellar potential) below on an almost 3/4 acre lot. We almost could not come back in person as we were moving into our new brand spec home in Camas along near the scenic Colombia River at the same time.
